- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of access details you provide us.
- We will not share your credentials with any third party.
6. Your data
- Your data remains yours at all times.

Weekly offsite backups are included in all plans. While we take every care to ensure backups are complete and restorable, we recommend you also maintain your own independent backups. SolidWebCare is not liable for data loss beyond our control.
8. Service level
We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours (Premium plan: direct phone support). Uptime monitoring checks your site every 5 minutes. We act on issues as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee specific response times for non-critical issues outside business hours.
9. Limitation of liability
SolidWebCare provides maintenance and care services for websites. We are not responsible for the content, business operations, or revenue generated by your website.

- We are not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain your own independent backups.
- Our obligation is to provide services with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, specific search engine rankings, or particular business outcomes.
- You acknowledge that website maintenance inherently involves making changes to live systems and that despite our best efforts, unforeseen issues may arise.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SolidWebCare from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your website content, your business practices, or your breach of these terms.
