We Don't Build Websites
We maintain and care for existing websites. If you need a new site built from scratch, that's a different service. But if you've got a site that needs looking after, we're your people.
We Don't Do SEO
We check that your SEO fundamentals are healthy — meta tags, sitemap, speed. But we're not an SEO agency. We won't promise you page one on Google. Anyone who does is probably lying.
We Don't Write Your Content
Standard plan includes up to 1 hour of content edits per month. Premium includes 3 hours. That's edits — fixing typos, swapping images, updating text. Not writing your blog from scratch.
We Don't Redesign Your Site
We keep your site running, updated, and secure. We don't redesign it. If you want a fresh look, that's a web designer. We'll keep the new design running once it's live though.
We Don't Manage Your Email
We set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records so your email actually reaches people (Premium plan). But we don't manage your inbox, fix your Outlook, or reset your password for the fifth time.
We Don't Do Social Media
No Instagram, no TikTok, no "can you post this for me?" We're website care. Your social feeds are your business. We'll make sure your site loads fast enough that your followers are impressed though.
We Don't Hold You Hostage
No contracts, no lock-in, no "your site is with us forever." Cancel anytime. Your site is yours. Your data is yours. Your credentials stay yours. We're guests in your house, not the landlord.
We Don't Hide Behind Jargon
Every month you get a plain-English report: uptime, updates, backups, any issues. No buzzwords, no "synergy optimisation." Just what we did and how your site is doing.
We Don't Take Risks With Your Site
We test before we update. We back up before we change anything. If something goes wrong, we restore from backup — usually within 30 minutes. No "oops, it's gone" moments.
