What We Need From You

Simple and secure. We never ask for your main password.

Website Access

Create a separate admin account for us on your website. This keeps your main login private and lets you revoke our access anytime.

  • Admin username & password (a new account, not yours)
  • Login URL (e.g. yoursite.com/admin or /wp-admin)

Hosting Access

We need access to your hosting control panel to manage backups, SSL, and server-level settings.

  • Hosting provider name (e.g. cPanel, Plesk, custom panel)
  • Control panel URL
  • Login credentials (a separate account if possible)

Domain Registrar

So we can manage DNS records, SSL verification, and domain renewals for you.

  • Registrar name (e.g. GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap)
  • Login or limited API access

FTP / SFTP

For direct file access when we need to fix things at the code level.

  • FTP host, username & password
  • SFTP/SSH details if available
Standard & Premium

Email Hosting

So we can set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to improve your email deliverability.

  • Email provider name
